About Terra
Terra has been creating art since she was a child, using whatever medium she could get her hands on, but it wasn’t until adulthood that she gravitated to abstract painting after her journey with art therapy.
In art therapy sessions, Terra learned to embrace the non-linear side of her mind and set aside her analytical tendencies. Terra uses art to process and convey emotions and hopes that her art stirs emotions in the viewer.
Having grown up in Kalama, WA, Terra now resides on Vashon Island with her husband, two children, and two cats. She has a BA from UCLA and an MA from University of Toronto.
